Boilerhouse attached to pigsty with henhouse above. Late C18 or
early C19. Roughly-tooled sandstone; pantiled roofs with stone
dressings and stack. One storey, with loft over sty. L-plan.
Stone steps to henhouse door beneath 2 pigeon holes with alighting
shelf. Boiler-house door at right, sty door at left, all boarded.
Gable copings on square kneelers.
