Two houses, now offices. c1840. Local stone rendered on front and return elevation, colourwashed; Church House has clay
double Roman tile, the other a pantiled roof hipped on corner; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays north
elevation, of which Church House is bay 1. Plinth, band course, pilasters to Church House; 12-pane sash windows, these
to Church House in raised surrounds; semi circular arched doorways with moulded surrounds, with 4 panelled doors and
simple radial glazed fanlights, left of bay 1 and between bays 2 and 3: 2 bay matching return to west. Interiors not
seen. On corner wedge site in prominent position, completing group with considerable streetscape value.
