House, now two shops. Late C17/early C18. Ham stone cut and squared with ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tile roof
between coped gables; off centre brick chimney stack, 2-storeys, 3-bays. Bays -1 and -2 have light casement windows
to both levels, the upper windows of steel under exposed timber lintels, and between them an oval niche in an oblong
stone over the plain doorway: to Bay-3 an older 3-light casement above an angled bay window with clay tiled hipped
roof, with plain Post Office entrance door to left. Interiors not seen. Important in the street scene in the centre of
the village.
