Detached cottage. C18 or perhaps earlier. Ham stone rubble; thatched roof with stepped coped east gable, plain coping
to west; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3-bay south elevation with irregular fenestration. Small-pane casement
windows, 3-light below and 2-light above: part-glazed doors between bays 1 and 2, and between bays 3 and 4, the latter
in deep recess. Similar rear elevation. Included principally for its group value in this small settlement.
