Detached farmhouse. C17, modified. Ham stone near-ashlar facade, cut and squared stonework to sides and rear; thatched
roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 5 bays. Below, hollow-chamfered mullioned windows
in chamfered recesses with labels, 3-light bays 1 and 3, 4-light bay 4 and a former 4-light bay 5 from which the
mullions have been removed and a casement inserted, bay 2 had a small window, now blocked; above, 3-light casements,
all rectangular-leaded except to bay 3, which has horizontal bars, with iron-framed centre lights; to left of lower bay
5 a C18 6-panelled door in recess, up 4 steps, with with timber lintel over. Casement windows in south gable; in north
gable a later pattern VR letterbox by Allen. Lean-to and further leaded casements to rear. Interior not seen.
