Shown on OS map as Cox's Farmhouse. Farmhouse. C17, restored late C20. Rendered over rubble, full height raking
buttress end bay left with doorway out through it, asbestos slate root, brick stacks gable ends and to left of cross
passage. Plan: 3 cell and cross passage, outshot at rear. One and a half storeys, 2:1 bays; flat roofed 3 and 2-light
dormer casements rising from below eaves, ground floor 3 and 4-light casements, entrance between first and second bays
right, C20 plank dear, Right return, full height projection of curing chamber or possibly stair with tiny lancet
surviving, lean-to slate roof to bread oven projection, another small glazed opening below eaves right. Interior not
sighted, thought to contain a 4 panel compartment ceiling.
