House, now public house. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick with plain
tile roof. 3 storeys. Ground floor of left-hand corner chamfered.
Plat band between ground and first floors and dentil brick eaves cornice.
Central integral lateral brick stack at rear. 3 bays; glazing bar
sashes with exposed boxes and painted stone cills. Central second-
floor blind window and central first-floor inn sign, probably over blind
window. Central 4-panelled door with impost band, blind round-
arched tympanum and wooden doorcase consisting of plain pilasters supporting
sections of entablature and open triangular pediment. Remains of painted
sign between first-and second-floor windows. Sign of former roof pitch
in brickwork of left-hand gable end. Interior not inspected.
