Farmhouse. Circa 1800. Local stone with Bath stone dressings; front elevation rendered with ashlar lines scribed on; double Roman clay tiles between stepped coped gables; stone end chimney stacks.

Double roof plan: two storeys, three bays. Plain ashlar quoins and surrounds to sixteen-pane sash windows; central doorway with six-panel door, semi-circular fanlight, open pediment hood on console brackets. Plain mullioned windows to rear.

Inside simple six-panel doors with Regency-style architecture, also Regency style cottage staircase.
