C16, and modern. Two abutting timber-framed structures, each with a massive central
stack, set at right angles, with small modern extensions. One-storey and attic,
irregular fenestration. The front (east) has a prominent roof, which projects at the
south side as a tile-hung (scalloped bands) gable above a jettied first floor,
3 hipped roofed dormers with cills at eaves level. The walling is red brickwork in
Flemish bond with blue headers and cambered ground floor openings, the south side
being rendered, with a plinth; the bricknogged timber-frame is exposed at the rear.
