House. Late C18. Ashlar, moulded cornice, parapet with coping, coped verges, slate roof, 2 ashlar ridge stacks moulded
around base and cap. Symmetrical frontage. 2 storeys and basement, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows, barred 2-light
stone-mullioned window to basement at ground level. Central door opening in a plain stone surround, 3:3-panelled door,
outer 2 panels of top 3 glazed. Moulded flat stone hood on cut stone brackets. Plain band at first floor level, cast
iron circular tie plate to first floor.
