House. Early C18, with earlier origins; raised and altered later. Coursed
rubble limestone; pantile roof; brick stacks. 3-cell, hearth-passage plan;
outbuildings to right added. 1½-storey, 3-window front. Half-glazed door
to right of centre under timber, gabled porch. C20 casement window to
right. 3-light, large-pane, horizontal sliding sashes to ground floor left.
First-floor windows are 2-light horizontal sliding sashes. All openings
have heavy, milled lintels. End and centre stacks. Interior: fireplace
with bressumer, heck and witch post survive. Salt box to right, and
cupboard filling original fire window opening. In room to right, there is
an C18 corner cupboard with panelled doors.
