Farmhouse. Late C17 with C20 alterations. Rubble, concrete tile roof. T-plan,
stem east/west, cross-wing at east end, stacks to each gable. East front: 2
storeys on cellar, 5 C20 timber cross casements, with C17 ovolo moulded timber
lintels; central entrance approached by steps with moulded wooden door frame
and ledged door with strap hinges, flanked by 4, C20 timber cross casements;
cellar lit by four C17, 2-light casements. Porch on south side of east/west
wing of rubble with segmental arch; late C17 ledged door with graffiti: "1795/TI"
and several hearts. Interior: ground floor: plank doors with applied mouldings;
open well staircase of late C17 with moulded string and handrail, turned balusters,
square newels and turned pendants. (RCHM 1, p 216, no 23).
