Detached cottage. Probably C18. Walls part plastered, part rubble stone, repaired
in brick, all colourwashed. Thatched hipped roof, brick stacks. One storey and
attics. Ledged door with glass panel. Ground floor has three horizontally sliding
sash windows with glazing bars. Attic has four dormers, two with casements with
remains of lead lights, two with horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars.
Section at east end probably a former barn. RCHM Monument 14.
