Detached house. Probably C17. Walls part rubble stone and part plastered, all
colourwashed. Thatched roof, brick end and centre stacks. One storey and attics.
Projecting gabled wing on north, also a single-storey lean-to under thatched
catslide roof. North elevation has part-glazed door. Ground floor has one
horizontally sliding sash window, one casement and one fixed window, all with
glazing bars. Attic has one casement window, in wing. South elevation has modern
lean-to porch with part-glazed door. Ground floor has two casement windows and one
horizontally sliding sash - all with glazing bars. Attic has four dormers with
casements with glazing bars. RCHM Monument 11.
