This is a particularly poignant headstone , with a beautifully carved winged angel head at the top.

The inscription reads

In memory of Samuel Rowe of this Parish.
Departed this life the 1st day of January 1801 aged 65.

Affliction sore Long Time I bore
Physicians were in Vain
Till Death Lat me at liberty
From All My grief and Pain
