A timber-framed and plastered house of C17 origin (formerly it bore the date 1799
in a panel on the front but this is now obliterated). 2 storeys. 3 window range,
C20 casements with lattice leaded lights. 2 doorways with flat hoods on brackets.
Roof tiled, with a central square chimney stack. (RCHM 72).
Thatches, Lucks Cottage and Tudor House form a group.
