Early C19. Painted flint cobble with brick dressings. Black-glazed pantile roof,
one end hipped. Overhanging moulded eaves. 2 storeys. L-shaped on plan with
projecting wing on right. 2+1 windows, with brick surrounds, sashes with glazing
bars, right hand on end of wing a 3-light sash. At centre in corner is moulded
architrave doorcase with cornice, blind fanlight and panelled door.
