House. Main body dated and initialled W R M 1678 on gable end
towards track possibly reused. Early/mid C18. Mid C19 extension
and entrance porch. Main body coursed squared limestone with
snecking. Early/mid C18 part coursed squared limestone. Tile
roof, with flat coped gables and pointed, cross finials on gable
ends and dormers of later extension. Two ashlar stacks with
moulded tops and skirtings at gable ends of early C18 block.
Ashlar entrance porch with coped gable and pointed, open sided
finial. Early C18 main body at right angles to track, with
Mid C19 double span extension attached left, with entrance
porch off centre right. Facade: 2 storeys including dormers. 2-
windowed. 2,3 and 4-light flat chamfered, mullioned and transomed
windows with stopped hoods. C20 metal casements. Gabled entrance
porch with 4-centred, flat-chamfered, arched doorway with unglazed
bulls-eye window over and single lights in side walls.
