Standing to the south of the Deanery to the west of the entrance drive. A timber framed and weather boarded building, said to have been built in the late C17 during the residence of Bishop Gorder. 2 storeys. The upper storey still. has the original wattle and daub nesting boxes (some 135). Roof tiled, pyramid, rising to a cruciform gabled bird entrance.
