A mid late C19 plastered house with a parapet and cornice. 2 storeys. The
east front has 5 window range, the centre part of 1 window range breaks forward
slightly. The west front has 3 window range. The windows are double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in stucco moulded architraves. The ground storey on the
west front has 2 splayed bays with French doors. The centre window on the east
front has a cornice hood on console brackets. A square open porch with panelled
piers, and a cornice projects on the front. A stucco moulded band runs between
the storeys. A later brick addition extends on the South end, with a slate
roof.
