Late C16 small timber framed farmhouse with roughcast plastered walls slightly battered
to bare. 2 storeys with plain red tile roof. 2 bay rectangular plain with late C16
central chimney stack rebuilt at top. Two 2-light wood casement windows to both floors.
Plain doorway. Interior has heavy joists and stop chamfered beams. Roof structure
rebuilt with side purlins and intermittent collars in the early C17. The farmhouse is
shown on Walkers map of 1614.
