Cottage. Circa 1700. Timber framed and plastered. Thatched roof with 2
eyebrow dormers. Central red brick chimney stack. One storey and attics. 2
window range of diamond leaded casements. Central gabled porch. C20 door. The
frame appears to be intact with chamfered bridging joists and through bracing to
walls. The present owner has dated documentary evidence of 1702 for the
building.
