House. C15 with C16 alterations. Former open hall with gabled and jettied
crosswings east and west. Timber framed and plastered with red plain tile roof.
2 storeys. 1,2,1 window range, C20 casements with glazing bars. Lean-to exten-
sion at rear with gabled dormers. Late C16 red brick chimney stacks, with
grouped diagonal shafts. Hall roof raised in C16 and first floor inserted.
One C15 doorhead and crown post roof. (RCHM 6).
