House. Early C17, timber framed and plastered, with some framing exposed on
front wall. Red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Originally rectangular plan but
now with later wings at rear. 4 window range, C19 transomed casements and C20
casements. Two C19 2 storeyed bay windows with semi-octagonal roofs. Stucco
door surround with flat hood on brackets with pilasters. Original red brick
chimney stack with attached diagonal shafts and original end wall chimney stack.
C19 brick wing to rear. Original and C19 detailing internally. Side purlin
roof. (RCHM 8).
