House and shop. Probably C16 with C17, C18 and C19 additions. Timber-
framed with facade of reddish-brown brick, cement rendered and colour-
washed. Pantile roof. Lobby-entry plan with rear outshuts. 2 storeys,
2 first floor windows. Plinth. From left C19 pilastered shop front
containing later inserted windows with fluted brackets supporting hood.
4-panel door. Iron boot scraper set into plinth. Renewed tripartite
Yorkshire sash windows with single panes. Swept roof with end stacks.
Catslide to rear. Interior shows evidence of timber-framed
