House, previously two. Late C18 and mid C19, but of C17 origin. The older wall
has blue headers with flush red brick quoins, rubbed flat arch and 1st floor
band, the later is colourwashed brickwork of Flemish Garden Wall bond, with
slightly-cambered openings: brick dentil eaves. Tile roof, catslide at rear
containing C20 flat-roofed dormers. South-east front elevation was symmetrical
of two storeys three windows (centre blank), and has been extended at the south
side by two windows. Sashes. The former central entrance (to the older part) is
replaced by a small window, and a C20 classical doorcase fixed to the middle of
the front. Inside, there remains a fine C17 oak doorway, with a surround of egg
and dart moulding, and a four panelled (the top of shell pattern) door.
