House. Early C18. Ashlar, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 7 bays.
2 giant Tuscan pilasters with triglyphed entablatures to each end of facade
and one between bays 4 and 5. Half-glazed door set in eared moulded stone
architraves with segmental pediment to left of right-hand bay. All windows
are 2-light with flat-faced mullions and transoms in moulded architraves.
Bay 3 on the ground floor is blind. Moulded first-floor band. Deep moulded
eaves with blocking course breaking forward over the pilasters. Stone
coping, corniced end stacks and one to ridge. Interior: some good early C18
moulded fireplaces and late C18 fireplace with cornice and swags.
