Farmhouse. Early C18 extended early C19, with some mid-C20 alterations.
Brick with tile roof and stuccoed brick with hipped slate roof. C18 range
to south, with parallel C19 range added to north. South (road) front: two
storeys, external gable-end stacks with brick coped verges as band to the
first floor and an attic lit by a C20 flat-roofed dormer to the left. Three
windows, glazing bar sashes with exposed boxes and stone sills under rubbed
brick heads. Ground floor has two tripartite sashes under cambered brick
heads. The central entrance has a pedimented wooden doorcase with Doric
pilasters, panelled reveals and a door of six raised and fielded panels,
the upper two glazed. There is a small fixed casement immediately to right
of entrance. North front of two storeys with three glazing bar sashes.
Ground floor has two sashes of larger proportions, with a central entrance.
The pedimented stone porch has a pair of Ionic columns between Doric antae.
The entrance has a wide, radially glazed semi-elliptical fanlight and a six-
panel door.
