Former house of later C17 or early C18, now 2. Hammer-dressed stone with stone slate
roof. Two storeys. To ground floor are 3 double chamfered stone mullion windows, now
of 2, 3 and one light, but formerly of 4, 5 and 2 lights, with hoodmoulds. First
floor has 3 unmoulded single light windows of much later date. Two chimneys. In
right-hand gable wall is the former entrance with a trangular head in a chamfered
surround. Large outshut at rear
