Formerly Burton Mill, now farmhouse. c1830s with late C19 and C20 alterations. Dressed stone, slate roof. Two storeys, four bays. Two left hand bays are oldest: two ground-floor windows have plain surrounds, round heads with imitation keystones; four panel fixed lights and margin glazing. Quoins, those to right are bonded into later extension of two bays: right-hand bay has late C19/early C20 projecting porch, c1980 door; to left is ground-floor window with plain surround and sashes with glazing bars, and two similar windows on upper floor. Shaped eaves modillions across entire facade. Left-hand gable end ridge stack, and central ridge stack at former right-hand gable. Ball finial to right-hand gable.
