Former stable to Fern Lea (qv) now 2 cottages. Dated 1824 for Thomas and Jenny
Barker. Pebbledash, painted stone dressings, tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
Paired central entrances in position of former carriage entrance; both have plain
surrounds and c1970s doors. 2 windows per storey each having plain surrounds
and c1970s casements. Central panel at upper floor level is inscribed: B TJ

and dated. Right-hand gable end and left-hand ridge stacks.
