House. Probably later C17 altered in C19. Rendered stone rubble walls possibly
incorporating some cob. Gable ended asbestos slate roof. Rendered brick stack at
left end.
Plan: 1 room plan with direct entry and C19 or early C20 rear addition. Probably
originally also incorporated the adjoining house to the right likely to have been
sub-divided in C19.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1 window front of early C19 paired 9-pane
hornless sash on first floor, C20 pane sash below. C20 plank door to right. In
left end wall is a C20 replaced 16-pane sash on ground floor with stone dripcourse
above.
Interior not fully accessible but wany cross beam visible on ground floor.
