House and shop. Late C18, altered C19. Coursed limestone rubble
with ashlar quoins to rear and gable end, red brick front with
ashlar dressings, slate roof with 2 brick gable stacks. 2
storey, 5 bay front with to left a 6 panelled door with overlight
flanked by single shop windows having ashlar bases, plain
pilasters and plain scrolled brackets supporting cornice. To
right a blocked doorway and a margin light sash. To first floor
are 2 blocked openings and 3 margin light sashes. All openings
have splayed ashlar lintels with raised keyblocks. Included for
group value only.
