Wrongly shown on OS map as Rookery Farm. House, C18, altered in C19. Timber
framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 3 bays aligned N-S,
aspect W, with rear range from N end, forming an L-plan, and external chimney
stack in the angle. Rear range from S end, C19, with extinal chimney stack at
end, and single-storey extension beyond, C19. 2 storeys. 6-panel door in plain
Doric porch, 4-window range of double-hung sash windows of 12 lights. Roof
hipped. The interior has 6-panel doors, and a moulded beam on the N side of the
entrance hall.
