Cottage, C17 origin but mainly C18. Local gault brick with late
C17 red brick to right hand gable end. Plain tiled mansard roof
with ridge stack of red and yellow gault brick. Single range,
lobby entry and three room plan. Three dormers. Segmental,
header arches to three windows, two with C19 four pane hung
sashes. Doorway opposite the stack.
