House, late C17th. Slobbered rubble with slate roof. 2-unit central entry
plan with gable stacks. To left of door is a 5-light rebated and chamfered
mullioned window with one king mullion. Beyond it to the left is a blocked
fire window. To the right of the door are 2 2-light rebated and chamfered
mullioned windows. A continuous drip course rises over the doorway. On the
1st floor are 3 rebated and chamfered surrounds with sashed windows. On each
side of the central window is a shallow square recess, possibly blocked windows.
The doorway has a deeply moulded surround. Mounting block at right-hand end of
front wall. In each'gable is a one-light chamfered attic window. Later
extensions to rear. Interior. Attic has crucks re-used as upper crucks.
