Former house, now farm building. Late Cl7th, altered. Roughcast at front,
with slate roof. Central entry plan with end stacks. 2 storeys. To the
left of the door is a 3-light rebated and chamfered _window with re-set
mullions. To the right is a 3-light window with shallow chamfer and flush
mullions. On the 1st floor is a central pitching door. The front door has
a surround with shallow chamfer. The left-hand gable wall has a former 2-light
rebated and chamfered window with mullion removed, and a projecting stack
with offsets and a cap with moulded coping. At the rear is a lean-to
extension with blocked rebated and chamfered window surround. Adjoining barn
is also roughcast at front and slated, but retains stone slate on the rear
pitch of the roof. Wide doorway has segmental arch with projecting keystone.
To the right are 2 modern windows with plain reveals. Above them is a
circular pitching hole with plain stone surround. In the north gable wall
are 3 shippon doors with plain reveals. Gable has coping, kneelers and ball
finial. Later lean-to extensions at rear.
