Cottage, early C19. Timber-framed, plaster rendered, except for
one gable end which is weatherboarded. Mansard roof with long
straw thatch and an end stack. Original plan of hall and
smaller service room. Late in the C19 a brick lean-to with a
range was added at the rear. One storey and attic. One
dormer. Doorway with a boarded door and an adjacent, fixed
light window of six panes.
