The Homestead (No. 73)

House. 1901-4. Brick, roughcast rendered and exposed timber framing to
first floor of crosswing. Steeply pitched tiled roofs with red brick side
stack to first wall and end stack. In Arts and Crafts style. Two storeys.
Main range has two gable eaves dormers, each with flush frame casements of
three leaded lights. Doorway is in porch with lean to tiled roof between
main range and crosswing. Crosswing is also of two storeys with the first
floor jettied. Exposed timber-framing and moulded fascia board to jetty
beam. One flush frame casement of five leaded lights at first floor and a
canted bay at yround floor.
