Farmhouse, probably early C18, now derelict. Hand made brick, thatched
roof partly covered by corrugated sheet, with ridge chimney. Three-bay
baffle-entry plan. Two storeys; panelled wooden door in line with chimney
at junction of 2nd and 3rd bays, 3 windows on each floor, slightly
irregularly disposed, all sliding sashes with glazing bars, 2 lights in the
1st bay and 3 lights in the other bays. Both gables have lean-to additions
at ground floor and brick hoodmoulds above; rear wall has large S-shaped
tie-plate, and openings only at ground floor: a board door and a
segemental-headed 2-light sliding sash to the 1st bay, a fixed window to
the 2nd, and a 3-light sliding sash to the 3rd bay. Interior: 1st bay has
large axial chamfered beam with stops, 2nd bay has similar beam mostly
covered by box.
