C17, of one build with the carcass fabric of no. 1 Summerseat Lane which abuts to the
right. Coursed rubble. Two storeys. Two regular windows originally of two lights each
but with the mullions removed; surrounds of C17 type. Slender drip-moulds to lower
windows. Stone slab roof. Rear retains mullions in its 2-light windows. In the
gable is plain door and large 2-light mullioned window, one light with probably
original leading and another with early sliding sash with glazing bars.
