Small house. C17. Colour-washed rubble walls with gable-ended wood shingle roof.
2 gable end rendered rubble stacks, the right-hand one projects with an oven.
2 room plan, possibly with central passage, each room heated by gable end stack.
The right-hand room projects forward in a gabled bay. Probably C19 extension at
rear.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front of probably original 2-light granite
mullions. The 1st floor left-hand window is in small gable. The right-hand window
is in gabled projection. C20 rubble lean-to porch at centre re-uses C17 moulded
arched granite doorway. Re-used single light granite windows on front and left-hand
walls of porch. Inside the porch doorway to house has chamfered granite jambs and
C20 plank door. At right-hand gable end, to left of stack on ground floor is 2-light
granite mullion window. Attached to house at left-hand end is wide segmental arched
granite doorway with roll moulding.
