Cottage. C17. Timber-framed and plastered. Long straw thatched roof with central red brick ridge stack. One storey and attic, two unit lobby entry plan with C20 extensions to gable ends. Blocked door to left hand, half glazed panelled door with two flushed framed hung sash windows, two casement dormer windows. C20 single-storey extension to rear.
INTERIOR: Framing visible includes chamfered bridging beams, tie beams and wall plates. Partly blocked open fireplace with bressumer, 2 winder stairs and plank doors.
