1856-9. Shown as completed in William Garvin Herdman's lithograph of 1839,
and therefore built certainly under Decimus Burton's supervision, and probably
to his design. Red brick. Pitched slate roof. 2 storeys. Band. 3 ranges of
sashes. 1 door with oblong fanlight, in Tuscan frame with full entablature and
blocking course. Cast iron railings with spear finials to front.
