House, with dressings similar to those of the school adjoining (q.v.) which
is dated 1842, possibly a conversion of an earlier building. Limestone
rubble with sandstone dressings and stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
The windows have chamfered stone surrounds, hoods, and diagonal iron glazing
bars. Both right-hand windows are of 2 lights with mullion. The left-hand
1st floor window is of one light. The door, in the left-hand bay, has a
chamfered stone surround with hood. Chimney to the right.
