House and 2 cottages, late C18th. Squared watershot sandstone with slate
roof. 2 storeys, with projecting quoins. The house, No. 2, is of 3 bays
with end stacks and sashed windows with plain stone surrounds, the central
1st floor one having a semi-circular head with projecting imposts and keystone.
The doorway is flanked by Tuscan pilasters with an ogee pediment. No. 1,
to the left, is of one bay with sashed windows with plain stone surrounds, a
door with plain stone surround to the right, and a chimney to the left. No. 3,
to the right beyond a keyed joint, is deeper, the roof, of the same pitch
as the others, being taller. It is of one bay with 6-pane sashes in plain
stone surrounds. The door, to the left, has a plain stone surround. The
right-hand gable has a chimney.
