House, early C19, now Citizens' Advice Bureau. Dressed sandstone,
stone slate roof with gable chimneys. Double depth plan, 2 bays. Three
storeys, almost symmetrical; plinth land moulded cornice; doorway offset
slightly right of centre has plain surround, panelled door with rectangular
fanlight; 2 windows at ground floor and 3 on each floor above, all sashed
with plain stone surrounds.
