Farmhouse, dated 1752 on porch; now house. Coursed sandstone rubble with quoins, slate roof with one chimney on the ridge, another at the right gable. Three bays, with projecting porch at the junction of the 2nd and 3rd. Two storeys: 2-storey gabled porch with gable copings and kneelers, plain doorway, 2-light casement above, and in the apex a datestone lettered H T B 1752; to the left there is a plain doorway at the left end, a 3-light mullioned window to the 1st bay and a modern casement above; to the right the 2nd bay has a large 3-light mullioned window on each floor.
