Cottage. Late C18 or early C19. Timber-framed on brick sill with roughcast
rendered walls and red pantiled roof of steep pitch. End stack. T-plan.
One storey and attic. Two gable dormers. Two, three-light casements on
either side of doorway. Small C19 additions of clay lump to side wall.
Inside. Abutting inglenook hearths of clunch, repaired and stop chamfered
main beams. Formerly a beer house and builders premises.
