Cottage. Circa early C18 with C19 alterations and addition. Plastered cob walls.
Gable ended thatch roof. 2 gable-end stack, left-hand one brick the other
projecting rendered rubble with a brick shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan, both rooms heated but left-hand stack may be inserted. C19
outshut added along rear wall.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front of C19 small-paned 3-light
casements. Central C19 6-panelled door under gabled doorhood. Outshut along rear
wall under catslide roof.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
